Spiritual Direction Through Art

This class is full! Stay tuned for a second class possibly in the fall!

This class will be a hands-on experience of group spiritual direction.  During each session we will create a simple art project and writing prompt to listen to what our soul is saying to us. Our time together will be a combination of breath work, prayer and contemplation, sacred listening to one another's stories, and reflective. All participants will be sharing and holding each other in confidentiality.

The group will be limited to 6 participants so that we will have adequate time to share deeply. This will be facilitated by Linda Ihrig, spiritual director.

When: Six Sundays, beginning May 4th and ending June 8th. We will meet from 12 to around 2:30.

Where: Private home address will be sent upon registration.

Materials: All materials will be provided, however, you might want your journal and favorite writing instruments!

Cost: The class is offered on a loving offering basis.
