Experiencing HeartMath
A Four-Session Heart Coherence Group
January 9 & 23, February 13, and March 13
This four-session group experience invites participants into a lived exploration of heart-based awareness, coherence, and embodied presence. Drawing from HeartMath practices and contemplative traditions, the series gently integrates breath, emotion, intuition, and relationship into a unified path of practice.
Each session builds progressively, moving from inner regulation to deepened coherence, to clarity in action, and finally to integration in daily life and relationships. The emphasis is experiential rather than theoretical, allowing participants to feel coherence and learn how to return to it amid real-world challenges.
This is not therapy, nor is it a belief system. It is a practical spiritual training—simple, grounded, and immediately applicable.
