Synchronicities and the ‘Earth Angels’

The Montesano Small Group will explore concepts from Karol Brown-Jones’ book: Get On Board The New Underground Railroad. We will look at the synchronicities in our life and the ‘Earth Angels’, as Karol calls them, we have met who inspired us through chance meetings and seemingly casual conversations, that invited us to follow our intuition and take action in creating our lives. Come join us, Friday and perhaps meet one of your ‘Earth Angels’.

Updating Old Beliefs about Aging

From the Conscious Aging workbook we’re going to look at Self-Compassion.  Some of us learned to criticize ourselves relentlessly of mistakes we make. Some of us have beliefs that no longer serve us. One way to deal with self-criticism is to reframe what we say to ourselves, and this is especially true of our thoughts about aging.  What thoughts do you have about aging?
