Gratitude and being kind to ourselves and others is a spiritual practice that can transform our lives. How many of us actually do that? In this wacky time we are living in right now are we being truly kind, compassionate and gentle with ourselves, or do we allow our inner critic to get in the way and mentally beat ourselves up?
